Blessings of Light and Peace!
What a
weekend in San Francisco for the ACIM
Conference! Thanks to all of the Lights
that we met and shared with, and thanks for
attending our workshops and being open to
the process of removing the masks of
"keeping up appearances" to experiencing the
Grandeur within.
We're
getting closer and closer to the start of
our ACIM Study & Ministerial Program
that starts this May. We
only have a few places left as we
already have students lined up to start Year
One. The next Year One Class starts in
September.
Our Ministerial Program has been developed
from our own MiraclesOne Board of Advisors'
many years of collective and extensive
experience in the non-profit, social work,
health care, pastoral studies, grief & loss,
community ministry, traditional & ACIM
churches and other relevant fields.

back in the "podcast saddle" as we just
produced
our
Practical Application of ACIM Podcast on "What
is a Miracle?" and What am I?" from the Workbook for Students.

Serve Somebody

Bob Dylan had a
song years ago entitled
“Gotta Serve Somebody.” He took us
through all walks of life from the richest
to the poorest, sharing with us that it
didn’t matter what our status was in the
world that the bottom line was that we had a
choice of serving the “devil” or the “Lord”
and either we would do. In Course’s terms
for me, the mind can choose to follow the
ego’s voice or the Holy Spirit’s voice.
Whatever is true is eternal, and cannot
change or be changed. Spirit is therefore
unalterable because it is already perfect,
but the mind can elect what it chooses to
serve. The only limit put on its choice is
that it cannot serve two masters. If it
elects to do so, the mind can become the
medium by which spirit creates along the
line of its own creation. If it does not
freely elect to do so, it retains its
creative potential but places itself under
tyrannous rather than Authoritative control.
As a result it imprisons, because such are
the dictates of tyrants. To change your mind
means to place it at the disposal of true
Authority. T-1.V.5:1-7
Which voice am I listening to today? I am
really here to be truly helpful? Is that how
I am serving this day? Is that how I am
serving my brothers? When I do what I do,
whose voice is calling me?

helps me to reflect upon myself and where I
am in my life and what my true purpose is.

Our University embodies our philosophy of
practical application and sharing our
personal experience with the learning of the
principles of A Course in Miracles.
Our ACIM Study
and Ministerial Program begins Sunday, May
3rd 2009 at 6 pm Central Time.
The ACIM Study Program is two years. This
entails the complete study of the Text, the
Workbook for Students, and the Manual for
Teachers of A Course in Miracles and
additionally, "The Song of Prayer" and the
"Psychotherapy: Purpose, Process, and
Practice" Supplements. The third year is
dedicated for those who wish to be ordained
as a minister. This year of study involves full ministry
training, background and knowledge, and a
Ministry Focus Project. (Ministerial Status allow you to legally
offer Weddings and Spiritual Counseling to clients)
Only a few places are left for Year One
Study. Next Class starts in September
2009.
